I wasn't satisfied with the "dealer search" that the service manager did to find a crank and primary clutch so I thought I would call some of the big dealers on the west coast (carls, Tri City, Pierres and Fastrax for kicks). My first call was Tri City Perf and they had a crank and a primary in stock! Ben from TCP was more than happy to hold it for an hour so my dealer could open and I could coordinate with my service department. I just wanted to give Ben some credit on here. I am thoroughly impressed with his help, knowledge and willingness to help a rider a thousand miles away. Now I dont have to wait till the 26th for the parts to come off of backorder. Thanks Ben at TCP and Paul at Owens!
