cracked header?

anyone crack there header on the turbo sled? what did you do to fix the problem? buy new or repair the old.

What kit? I know alpine has a header out since last year that has been standing up very well, if you have a old alpine/powderlights one it mite be worth the upgrade.

i have simons cpr header they are junk. but i have repaired it. i am headed over to west to test it out. see if it holds up.

I believe Powelites makes a replacement for the CPI.

once it cracks it will always crack,ive been there time after time, running alpines updated and 22 pds no issues 2 nd season, goodluck

Once you start to weld on them they just keep cracking. Alpine's new header is WAY better then the old design.

OH, this is a sore subjuct right now

Mine broke on my mcx nytro over new years in Cooke. Tore it apart in Cooke and had it welded. Now this last weekend, had a big ride planned and the ****ING thing broke again. Now im pizzed.
Does anyone have a diff. one for the MCX nytro, bcuz the one I have is JUNK. Its going to be spendy having a custom header built that wont break MCX!!!

My MCX header had about 4 different crack too. Had it welded before first ride, worked good, now making some noise after second ride so assuming its cracking again. I am looking for another one as well. Will post if i find an alternative
