a suggestion for ya...
Freak...
If I may make a clutching suggestion...Install the 11" "STM" (supreme tool secondary) with a 42 degree helix and a sno pro green spring, you will need to change the belt to a bigger one as well. this changes the POS diamond drive secondary back to the old style bullet proof Cat clutch.
I had belt issues as well, once I changed I have 400miles on the same belt, this in my opinion is a must on high HP M sleds.
Give Supreme Tool a call they will help you out with what you need.

In order to get things straight up I do need to mention Im now having a belt blowing problem. Yesterday after about 8 HARD rips up a big mtn blew another belt, at the top, luckily. Working on it cause damn its expensive. Dont want to gear down cause like I said before I already run the belt out the top of the primary at top speed. Gonna get with Dale on this and see if we can get it fixed. May try some different belts and more venting. Will report once I get it solved.
