couple of questions

Just going through my 2013 P 600 before the start of the season - looking for loose fasteners, chafed wires / lines, etc. - and noticed a few things ...

1. bubble in the oil line by the tank outlet .... rolled the sled up on it right side and pumped the line a few times and the bubble appears to have vented into the tank ... is this related to the oil cap venting issue in some of the posts or is this typical of these sleds?

2. front ski & rear skid WE shocks are pitted ... this sled has been stored indoors since purchased new from the dealer ... are theses shocks prone to pitting? Looks like crevasse corrosion from moisture trapped under rubber bump stop but I would not have expected this on a new sled - is this typically a warranty issue?

FYI it was a holdover purchased this time last season and have 1000 mi on it so far ... will check the other sled shortly to see if same issues are present.

PI replaced all four shocks because of pitted shafts under the bumpers on the hold over Pro 600 I got the girlfriend last year.

The shafts are whats pitted ... sled was only trailered in enclosed trailer and stored inside in heated garage ....

Did you deal with PI directly (800 #) or go through the dealer?
