i am on day 6 and took a covid test today and waiting for results. i am positive i have it because 2 days ago i lost taste and smell and that is something that has never happened before. my wife and kids didn't believe me so i took a big swig of lemon juice and never flinched. then this morning i found out that my buddy who we went riding with 12 days ago had it all last week and didn't tell anyone because he didn't want to compromise his florida trip this weekend. as of now it feels like a regular head cold that i normally get
I thought i was going to survive the virus until i woke up yesterday (day 9) and couldn't breath and had coughing spells that almost killed me. I really thought there was a chance that i would die from this. I ended up going to the ER last night to get my lungs checked and everything was fine. woke up this morning and like the flip of a switch i could breath with ease and almost no coughing. so the bottom line is the virus is no joke and get your vaccine
You never said you were tested positive, ALL viruses affect people differently, I know a perfectly healthy 30 yo male that was out into a coma from the seasonal flu. I also know of people who tested positive and they were perfectly fine.
Has the seasonal flu vaccine got rid of the flu. Nope covid got rid of the seasonal flu. Now the experts are saying that the vaccines will have to be administered frequently. Humm sounds familiar. Any time I have been Sick I got the flu shot.
Dont get me wrong, Im glad your feeling better, just be cautious on your advise.
Where would we be right now if the media said nothing about the new virus. Probably better off than we were a year ago.
yes my test came back positive. i was about as aniti vaccine as you can get but my bout with covid has changed my mind on it
