are the a seales tube inside or are the welded at the seams of the tab? i am in the process of instaling my own "snow eliminators"boards and noticed that when i drill out for my rivits its 2 pieces and they are sealed at the edge. just want to make sure i didnt just ruin my tubes. thanks
