Coolant Bottle

I notice that where my coolant bottle is riveted to the frame tube the coolant bottle can wiggle back and forth a little. Is that normal? Seems kind of bad.

Also, at the pivot point of the rear arm of the rear suspension, there is a little play there. The bolt and nut seem really tight so I don't think it has loosened up...is that normal?

Having my sled in my garage and not riding is bad. The more I look at it the more problems I find.

For the coolant bottle, put a zip tie around the neck of the bottle.

Thanks. Yeah I just found an old post where a guy's had broken off completely. I'm not sure I can get a zip tie behind there on mine? It seems pretty tight between the plastic and the frame tube.

Yeah its little tight. Hopefully this keeps it from rattling so much so it stays intact.

A pretty poor design but I suppose an easy enough fix. I despise rivets, if that were bolted it would probably be fine.

Yeah very poor. I think for some of this stuff that they made "lightweight" aka CHEAP, they could have left it and it would be okay. Might go to a couple hose clamps if the zip tie doesnt hold up..
