Control Arms Interchangable?

Does anyone know if an IQ lower A-arm off an 09-10 with the narrow nose is the same spec as one off an 08? my right side 08 is damaged and have the opportunity to purchase an 09 but it seems to be a little longer. the parts diagram shows different part #'s depending on the engine size for 2009. Is this just another way of tracking a different vendor, factory or other change in manufacturing?

If I'm not mistaken the part number changed when the front stabilizer bar changed to a bolted on connection.

Hey guys,
The A-arms will fit fine but the only difference is the sway bar mount, if you want to take the sway bar off it's not a problem, or change both lowers and the nose assembly and run the better sway bar. I have the 2010 A-arms, sway bar and front end on my 08 and it rides much better.
