It was a snow day suprise, what does that mean???
Thanks everyone, baby and mom are great!!!!!!
I knew something was a little up, when my phone started ringing last night. I have gotten so many PMs, IM's and phone calls, I cant believe it.
Our day started out fairly interesting yesterday. Nicole woke me up about 5:15, saying she felt some heavy "pressure" and that she was going to call the doctor right away in the morning. She had a doctors appointment yesterday morning and was going to try and get in early. It was snowing pretty heavy, so I just got up and showered. My thinking I was heading to town, to start moving some snow. I was very mistaken.
After I got out of the shower, Nicole said, she thought she was in labor.... and that she was gonna walk around and take a shower, to make sure. Well by the time she got out of the shower, she could hardly walk she was in so much pain. Packed up and out the door we went. We arrived at the hospital about 7:30. They got her all rigged up and were going to do a exam, when her water broke. After that it was an epidural(we both loved that), a little nap, and 6 contractions of pushing, and @ 10:46 the baby arrived.
Like I said, mom and baby are doing great!!! I am wondering if the snow day arrival is a sign of things to come......
