Computer guru's..need help

A couple days ago while I was responding to a pm and copying and pasting in between dootalk and snowest, I started having problems logging onto snowest but only if I use Internet Explorer 7. I can still log on but only if I use firefox.

The only other coincidental thing that happened that day was Comcast changing their email page to 'Smartzone'


I've tried logging out, cleaned all temp files, defrag, ran MacAfee, reboot, scanned, turned off add-ons? nothing will work. This is what shows up:

Anybody have any ideas on how to fix this problem? I'm just not a big fan of firefox. Thanks for any suggestions or ideas

Clear cookies/cache, then log into both and check the "Remember me" box.

If the comcast deal installed somethign on your computer, try uninstalling that and seeing if the problem continues. ISPs already have your $ from the service, so there's no motivation to provide quality software.

easy... dont use IE. i dont know why you would anyways if you have firefox also

I figured that response was comin. I would except that I can't read the type of letters very well that FF uses.

1. You can change the default font/size in Firefox.
2. Get an extension called "IE Tab", that'll let you switch the page between Firefox and IE without ever leaving Firefox. *Really* nice.

I went in and deleted everything (bottom box) and now it's working. Cool

I guess I've just got used to IE and everything else just seems foreign.
