I'm just about to start the build of my engine for my newest sled. The things I have purchased are
1100 hurricane block
ported head
10 to 1 piston kit
Carrillo Rods
Rapid bike controller
custom header back exhaust
MPI stage 3 supercharger
high flow fuel pump and injectors
guages etc
I am a flat lander running just above sea level and would like to be able to run this package at as high a boost level as possible on pump gas. I will be setting up a race gas map for the odd weekend I decide to ramp things up. My question however is, how much compression can I take out of this engine while cranking up the boost and still have a package that will give reasonable low end responce? What is the lowest compression ratio you have run and at what boost? How did the sled perform?
