How much coompression should the 800r have? Mine has 135psi. Also did a crank run out and its about .002 is this O.K.? IT's a 2007.

thats about right for the 07 but my 09 i just checked it has 165psi both holes no bull i couldnt believe it too, now what is the purpose for the aftermarket heads if doo already bumped the compression up in 09????

ya 135 is a little low if your up for it it would be a good idea to take the carbs and reads off and take a look at the piston, you could have got some snow ingestion and the intake side of the skirt could be all scared up, or take the tuned pipe off and look at the exhaust side of the piston for over heating scaring.

I just checked mine and it was right there around 135 at about 1200 ft elevation. Stock ranges from 138 to 145 at this elevation. Also gauge variance can be + or - 10 psi or so. If they are both within a few pounds I wouldn't worry about it.

The sled has 1200 miles on it.I checked it at 2800 feet and are both the same. Its had a pretty easy life.

I would say your gage is messed up. That would require race gas mix more than likely.
