it looks like the manual said 45lbs. when i turned it i can feel it tighten, then after i got to 25lbs. it just feels like anything more than that may be too much for the aluminum it's treading into... should i go to 45 ?

Took it to 40.
Did you use locktite?

I actually had one of the GR 8 bolts in the front mounts break. I went to L-9 bolts for the front mounts. No more issues after that.
Yes, everything is Grade 8.... My 05 pistonns looked great,, cylinnders are great too,, nice hone marks are still visible.. Got the OEM 06 ready to go in.. my back sore and busy next few days,, so will complete reassembly soon.
Those sprinng clips on the piston were a Bieaatch to get off,, nervous to re-install and not damage.

oh,,, I don't have grade 8 for Rear mounts... thats the only ones i don't have... Is this a must on the rear ?
