Committed to going lightweight this winter

! Great pics diz, it'll be interesting to hear how you have to adapt to some things you never thought about before.

Dizz, that sucks, sorry for your loss, :rose: condolences, I'm hoping that you're left handed (doubt it) cause it would make the whole adapting thing alot easier practice, practice, practice 'til you get it right, then wipe one more time.:face-icon-small-ton

Your one tough SOB! I'd be having some issues with that whole experience. lol I like your videos' but Im gonna pass on that one!

ouchy..dizzle..that chit hurts..I feel for ya....I put my first 2 fingers on my right hand thru a rear sprocket on my 125 when I was 16....got lucky..both survived..one's about a 1/4" shorter then it was.....heal up .........

Wow. I just started wake surfing last year and I was so stoked because I thought I had finally found a sport that I loved to do but the chance of injury was nearly nil. No impact, easy on the knees, no blows to the head etc. Thanks for ruining that dream? lol.

just use a thick rope (2 inch) with a knot at the end is best,,something that can't possibly loop. Or just a thick braided bridal...no handle for sure though!

Well I think you have one of the most expensive ways I have seen to loose a little weight. :faint: You took off maybe a 1/2 oz.-- emergency room visit, x-ray, stitches probably in the 2-3 thousand dollar range...:face-icon-small-sho I would rethink this weight loss strategy.

You should find a safe activity like relaxing in your RV.

WAIT A MINUTE!!!!!

NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – A small plane has crashed into a recreational vehicle park at a South Carolina beach town, killing the pilot and a woman seated on a couch inside an RV.
Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Kathleen Bergen says the pilot was trying to land the single-engine Cessna at an airport Tuesday when he missed the runway. The plane crashed a half-mile away in the Briarcliffe RV Resort in North Myrtle Beach.
Horry County Coroner Robert Edge says the pilot and the woman in the RV were killed. Their names have not been released.
Town spokesman Pat Dowling says the woman and her husband were sitting in the RV's living room. Dowling says the man was taken to a hospital with burns, and no one else in the RV park was injured in the crash.

"worst pain there is baby...."

dang dude! i smashed the tip of my middle finger and ring finger off, just nicking the bones, when the mast of a drilling rig came down on them back in '85 (holy $@#& does that me me feel old). anyway, when the injectable meds wore off i swear to this day i didn't sleep for 2 days straight it hurt so bad. i figured it was because of all the nerves in your fingertips. hopefully your deal goes well and the pain is minimal.

He is working backward, expensive to cheaper.

I can't believe the rope did that to the bone. I hate finger injury's, those and eyes get me the worst. Good luck on healing up.

i have a friend thats down to 3, "hey rosco gimme three!" he used to work at a printing press.

OMG dude! I think that image will be with me everytime I’m behind the boat now.
What are you going to do with that digit in the vile? Throw it around your neck for a conversation piece?

Here's the crazy thing...

I had a buddy who lost the same finger in his moto chain/sprocket. Had to have the finger cut down just like you. Several months later he noticed something growing on the tip of the cut down finger. His fingernail started growing back further down his finger on top of the amp'd cut! It will be interesting to see if that happens to you.
