I am trimming weight the old fashion way...

caught my finger in the rope behind the boat yesterday...OUCH!

bone tip broke off in the meaty bit...

so it had to go!

cleaned it out then flapped it over,,trimming some bone with snips along the way...OUCH again!

they did a block on my finger so I could watch the whole thing...well and videoed it too

Big thanks to everyone that chipped in to help get me to the doc and looking after my two older girls who were on the boat, Skibreeze, boondock,Treeline, Emma and Desi. Couldn't have done it with out the CREW!

Could have been way worse..almost got the pinky and ring finger too
