CODE 20 Intake Pressure

Any ideas on a possible cause for this, the sled would not turn over, pump running, solenoid clicking. Cleaned the connections on solenoid, sled started but running rough and stalled. Code 20 still on, can this code be cleared or reset at home.

here is the manual

i had some issues with error 20 last year,i think moisture was getting on the sensor,a real pain in the azz from what i remember.I put on some pod filters,and eliminated the sensor
