Code 14 problem on Apex

What causes a code 14 on a turbo apex? I was doing some stuff under the dash and pulled on the throttle cable. When I started it it was throwing out a code 84 which I know is the T.O.R.S. I jostled the cable around and fixed the code 84 but then the next time I started it the 14 code started and I can't get rid of it. I've checked all the plugs around that throttle cable and now I'm banging my head against a concrete wall

Easy. Do I really have have to take chit off a guy that got ran over by Rated R on camera and put on a video. Still my favorite video segment ever. I could watch it all day.
