CMX track

Yeah, I read your post again and realized that you were on CMX kits. I like that kit a lot. Having the belt drive on the right side is a better solution in my opinion. For now, I will stick with my Yeti 129 but a CMX might be in my future. My only concern is that no one in the Boise area has them and there is no dealer support.

What do you need dealer support for? You are not working with a huge company that doesn't care. If you call CMX you will get the owner and parts sent that day or info you need. Why not be the first in the Boise are to have one? The following year those you ride with will have to step it up. Mine is one of the first four prototypes made. It is still running awesome and I won't sell it. It costs me nothing unless I hit something hard. We will see how many years it takes to wear it out.

I also want to ride a CMX. My crew is mostly Yeti these days with some moto trax, and some TS. CMX needs more demo options out west! Same with those utah guys. Sorry cant remember the name.

I rode yesterday with a fully functioning 520, rear suspension and the CMX track. It worked real well in 2' of good powder. I didn't feel that it trenches anymore than my Maxtrack II did. It definitely hooks up harder in firm snow. I did blow a fork seal yesterday which was annoying. We were in a cloud and the ice mist was sticking to everything including my fork legs. I have the scrapers on the fork legs but the ice still screwed up the seal.
