Clutching

I got a 2005 rev 800 with a 144 track and i was wondering if i change the ramps from a 415 to a 413 will i notice a big change or any change? what would be the pros and cons of doing this?

Reason for doing this is i can get 413's for free and my ramps are getting worn

If your ramps are getting worn then a question arises...
"what is the pattern of wear" on the ramps?
...the reason I ask is the pattern tells the story of what is worn, at or past the wear limit in the primary.

The quickest rpm ramp would be the 415's.

bought the sled the other week and the clutches looked like they weren't serviced properly. So i am replacing all the wear parts. Thx for the help

If the ramps show wear on one side and a sort of sharp edge forming, then the sliding sheave is thrusting too much away from the gov cup, the (torque button) to (sliding sheave galley) "fit" needs to be tightened.

If one ramp is showing thrusting on one side, then get the measure tools out and measure the sliding sheave bushing - i would also dial indicator the crank shaft taper. If one ramp is showing a thrusting character compared to the other ramps, then the primary does not have parallel sheaves under load and the clutch is wobbling. I bet the vibration felt in your feet when standing on the running boards, the vibration is high at low rpms.
