Clutching questions for twin pipe set-up

I'm not sure where some of these guys are getting their info but I am adding a set of jaws twin pipes and a pure logic controller to go with my 4" intake and boyson reeds. I have a set of cutler adj. 75-85 weights but am unsure where to start. After my basic mods last year changed the weights to 77 grams from the stock 73 grams. I pulled alot better and brought the rpms back down to around 7900. I am thinking that I should start around 80 grams on the weights with the pipes, but am unsure about the spring, shims, or helix. Anyone have any suggestions.

Call Jaws?? they could give ya a good start. Wit the twins u will be spinning them higher than stopck rpm. prob around 8100, an the tach reADS high a couple hundred typically. So id try first where ya left off last year wit the weights and go from there

What does that mean?
Is this an M8 we are talking about?
What elevation?

it is last years m8. I ride 99% in Kakwa. 6-10000 ft. I know i can adjust the weights but i am trying to figure out a spring or a shim set up or will the weights be enough on their own.
