clutching question

Ive been a member at hardcoresledder for some time now and I cant find anyone there to answer my question. I have a 2003 XC 700 with a Dalton 50/38 full progressive helix. Are they more agressive than the Hot Seat ones? It is only running to 7000 rpm on ice. I have a HSP single and 24/41 gears. Its running 10-66s ground to 65.2 with almond red and EPI purple.

SOUNDS LIKE THE WEIGHTS ARE TO HEAVEY IM RUNNIN 64s IN MINE WITH ALOT BIGGER MOTOR TURNIN 8250 W19X42 GEARS

Try stock 62g wts and 140-300 spring.....it it doesn't pull on top, go to 36 degrees, if you want a quicker 60ft, try a 46 start..........ignition on premium setting. Polaris blue-orange sec spring. You can try 64g with a smaller helix....46-34....I'd try the 62's first.

does the 50/38 sound like too much helix for that sled? The HSP 38X is a 50/38 and the stock R12 is a 50/36. Im thinking of putting 64 gram weights in and maybe trying a few different springs. What will a stiffer secondary spring do for me? The clutch still has 1 inch of marker so its not engaging all the way.

found the problem, turns out I didnt tighten the exhaust valves enough and they were both coming out. 2 bolt in the belly pan and 2 half way out. Tightened them up and back to new.
