Clutching formula

I used to have it at my shop but cant find it anymore: Looking for the formula for going from a 3 weight clutch to a 4 weight or 6 weight clutch.
Trying to figure out what weight combo to use in the monster 1400

Wouldn't it just be total clutch weight divided by the number of weights?
