Clutching Experts Needed!!!

Trying to figure out some clutching on 2- 2003 Summit 800 HO 151" sleds...

Both sleds are pretty much identical except that one of them has a non-ported 827 kit. The other is a brand new crate engine. Both have Team secondaries with the same helix and spring. I don't know about the primary set up but assume that they are the same or not too different... one may have a purple/purple and the other is stock (whatever that is). The stocker is running slightly lower gears (19/45 and the 827 is running 19/43)

In a drag up a steep and deep powder hill, the 827 blows the stocker off the line. Towards the top, the 800 gains on him and passes him (highmarks).

I was told by many people that a well tuned 827 would KILL a stocker 800 and would challenge some of the new chassis sleds... this isn't the case.

Any suggestions how to make the 827 continue on with the speed that it gets off the line?

PLEASE HELP!!!

What should the gearing be??? I am running a 20/43 in my 2003 827 and I thought that going to a 19/44 or 19/45 was geared WAY too low... is that the gearing that should be ran?

Seriously no clutching experts out there? I know that you are out there! At least answer my question on how much of a difference moving 1 or 2 teeth on gearing will make... thanks!
