Clutching data base thread?

Any interest in starting a clutching data base sticky thread? List your sled, mods and elevation? I know that many riders hold their clutching cards pretty close but it would be interesting to see what people are running and how it works for them in the steep and deep.

I have searched through the M series Cat clutching posts and find that setups seem to very greatly.

I would start but my sled is still at the dealer. BTW, this will be my first Arctic Cat snowmachine in 35 years of riding. :face-icon-small-hap

Thanks, MTNSLD

What would be neat is if we could have an excel spread sheet all could have access to and edit but was based on snowest and posted on the top.

I posted one for the M1000 last year that was a hit.

I will start one and if there is a lot of interest, we can stick it.

As fas as a database, I don't think that is easily doable, but would be a good idea....

Can't upload excell, can't embed the excell in word, 'cause it's too big...anywhere we could host it? It's just sitting here on my desktop.

I like that idea . Here is the thing with clutching and mods there are alot of way's to get more power to the track . I have a certain way that I do it and it works well but it is not the only way to do it .Some way's cost more than others it depends on what you want to spend . Your idea is a good one I like it the thing that would be really cool is to do are own shootout like snowest dose every year except with are setups and with guy's in are own area . So we can compare thing that we have done to are sled with each other . Then post the results on the forum so we can compare what works for are budget or if you want to have somebody else set your sled up for you . It wouldn't be to hard to set this up we could post a day and place to do this in your area and let people know if your interested in attending meet up there and let the fun begin . I am no different then anyone else I have spent alot of money on my sleds some stuff worked and some stuff didn't . Just a idea maybe I am the only one interested in doing this I don't know ?
