We have 25 sets of the DJMR-CLUTCH RAMPS in stock now!

Not too happy changing up and down on the clickers with your 2007 Summit 800R stock clutch model?

These ramps provide the quick and stable rpms of a 415 (up to about 45 mph-72km/h trackspeed), and the push of a 441 when you are running higher track speeds out on the road/trail.

No need to change the clicker! JUST GO SNOW TO ROAD!

These new ramps are manufactured for Northern Catalyst by Dalton; heat treated and black oxide finished.

A set of DJMR-CLUTCH RAMPS w/roll pins are $124.00 CAN + shipping.

To order go to www.mxzx-revzone and use the order form.

Feedback always appreciated!

I have DJ's ramps and can say that they FLAT out work as claimed. I use his helix also, and have always been a big fan of the eng braking. But the ramps were the the best mod to the clutch as of yet for the 800r motor. It seemed you could never get the clickers where you want them unless the snow was consistant, Either on the rev limiter or short on RPM'S . If elevation changed drastically, steady on the clickers, even the quick clickers became annoying. Now with the ramps hit the hills find your sweet spot and set clickers. It will pull the hills at 8200-8400 rpm, Drop elevation on a trail and tape the throttle WFO, once over about 45-50mph track speed clutch just keeps loading motor, no rev limiter. The only thing I can say is my motor is runnin about 165 hp at 3000 feet. I think DJ has ramps that will carry the track speed a bit higher before it starts to load the clutch at the top. I think I'm at the (in between hp). Next year I'll try the MOD 2's, maybe Joe can pipe up and explain better if these are gonna be on the market.....
