I have a 92 or 93 Phazer II that is having some clutch problems I think. It will not run over 6000 rpm and is very boggy. I took it out and cleaned it and looked it over and everything appears to be fine. I have never been one to mess with weights and springs, and don't know enough about them to dive into it without guidance. I have a 92 Phazer II with a 2" 136 track that had the same problem and I gave up and put a new comet clutch on it. Any ideas? I don't want to spend the money on a new clutch. I am putting a 2" 136 on this Phazer next summer and want it to pulls some rpms, but stay reliable.
