Clutch problem?

06 switchback 900 moved it across the yard to load on the trailer, bogged down just before the trailer and it shut down, tried to restart and when pulling over the sled moved forward, like clutch was engaged, removed belt to check it over didnt see anything obvious and reinstalled belt and it started right up and loaded on trailer, has anyone had this issue

Yeah I've had this issue. The primary spring is fine. It only happens once in a blue moon.

Flat spotted rollers allow weights to hang up but this is usually close to full shift-out. Bad primary bushing(s) seem like a more likely suspect here.
I nursed a bad bushing for a few rides, it would hang up just like you describe just once in a while. Time to get the primary serviced!

Whats funny is i had just sent my primary off to indydan to get balanced and checked out. Would he not have looked it over?

Your secondary is set to tight.....sucked all the deflection out of the belt, your fresh primary is setup tighter to the belt so you may not of noticed this before....typically sqealing at idle.
