Working on my 98 rmk 700 primary and one of the 6 bolts on the outside cover snaped off were the threads start and I need some ideas on how to get it out.

Easy out/reverse drill bit, use a little heat but be careful.

I've had great luck on getting bolts out by welding a washer on top and then weldinga nut to the washer.

x2 on welding them out set a 1/4 inch nut directly on top of broken bolt and hit it directly in the middle with a wire feed let it cool a little and it will usually screw out. You can't get too carried away with the heat due to the melting point of the aluminum. Pat
