I bought and 04 renegade 800 and rode it 5 miles and the motor blew a hole in the side of the case. So, after shopping around on ebay and craigslist, I found it best to buy a motor from the factory, A factory rebuild. So, i put the motor in and it runs great but I think im having some clutch problems.
I was told not to bring the RPM's past 7800? Is this correct. Cause when I am at 1/4 throttle I'm already at 8000 Rpms. Do i need a new clutch? Someone mentioned to be that I need to put some more weights on it. If so how much? is it just by trial and error?
