clutch engaging/making new vents q?

So I now have a 2006 rmk 600. I was checking to see what rpm's the clutch engaged at. It is engaging at 4200 rpm's. I thought that it was supposed to engage between 3100 and 3500 rpm. If anyone can help me with this that would be awesome. Getting supper excited for the snow to fly. Also on another note I was thinking of putting more vents in my sled. Is it possible to make ur own vents? If so what would they be made out of? What is the best placement for new vents? Anything helps thanks

4200 is not high thats stock. 3100-3500 is way low. Pretty sure stock engagement is 3800-4200 range. Timbersled, slp and holtz make nice vents. if you wanna make your own check them out and do your best knock off...Do you know what rate spring is in your primary?
