Clutch broke/stuck

The pri clutch on my brothers 99 powder special is broke and he cant get it off with a puller, any ideas?

Why can't you get it off with the clutch puller? Threads in the clutch stripped out?

The threaded part is also broke off.

Thats what I would use (gas ax and BFH). Let me get good details after I plow tonight.I didnt work on it, my nephew did.

The threaded part is also broke off.

There can't be much left on there if the threads are broke off the clutch, they pretty well go to the crank. Take a cutting wheel on a die grinder and cut it off.

x2 on the cuttin wheel,

bfh is goin to damage internals, ie bearings case

if the puller isn't broken off inside the clutch, you can use the hydraulic method, which will work well......get a long bolt that fits the threads, lay the machine on its' right side....fill the clutch with grease, or oil, or any fluid...then tighten the bolt and the clutch will pop off....
