To balance the clutch is $75, to
remove stock nut, install tube nut and 911 cover assuming it
wont need clearencing would be $30, so $ 105 plus return
s/h. IF I remove spider, reface both sheaves (index in
lathe, cut true then finish sand), clean loctite from
threads, reassemble it would be another $70 which would put
you at $175 plus return s/h, let me know, Smitty

Looking at your clutch, do you
just want the 911 cover installed and clutch balanced? Your
clearences are plenty loose, sheaves look good and you have
it already shimmed, let me know, smitty

I need clutch with
weights and pins out but a spring in. Some balancers ( like
fett brothers and micro belmont) spin clutches on a
converted tire balancer to 400 rpms and 1 gram, we spin
clutch on a arbor at low speed then high speed (3200 rpms)
and to 2-3 tenths of a gram

yah , with that 911 cover, billet spider on and the refaced sheaves it looks baddass.. havnt run it yet so its still shiney hah.

and he knows his stuff so im glad to have some one give it a tune that knows whats up

these are the vendors I like to use, they do what they do and don't try to over expand to 30 different markets and be all things to all people. specialists.

the bigboys are good don't get me wrong , but I always leave there spending 2-3 x's what I planned on when walking in the door. ( bmp, sw, ) im sure slp and D&D would be that way to..

He really has a good rep on a couple other web sites I am on. I didn't know he was re-surfacing. I have a couple clutches sitting here torn apart should box them up.

nother one getting work done.

he said many have been warped and the movable sheave angle slightly off from the fixed.

I was messing around with high 2ndry springs late spring is why so much belt on it. but it shows the low spots and off angle on the fixed and the warp on the movable
