Had Sled Head Racing set up my machine. Thanks BJ for a job well done.
Parts are weighed but not an extreme accurate scale.
Must say better hang on when driving this one, only let very experience riders try it.
This machine weighs less then my daughter in laws 96 Phazer.
the Camoplast Extreme 2.5"track weighs the same as the stock track after drilling and removing
every other clip.

there's more weight you can shed, ask BJ

- 2 lbs for the sway bar= free

- 3 lbs stock pipe insulation and ceramic coating

I did all you did except no battery on mine and I decided to not install my Timbersled suspension, its going on my race rev.

I think my total loss was 25 lbs including the above.. makes quite a difference in performance, as I have been saying for years ...............

Oh, it pulls steveo, I rode it in february at my afton ride, you can ask a cetain Tnytro owner about it also

Howdy Slim, kinda rude the way you ran aginst the T, LOL. I have pulled other things also like the sway bar etc. I should probably take off another 5-10 lbs, sure like the way your machine runs, for a stocker it really hauls.

BJ changed the gearing and clutching since my last trip and it really pulls hard very satisfied with the results. Looking forward to next year.

My sled is in Big John's shop as we talk having the same thing done to It as Cog's sled.
If he gets it done soon enough I will test it out this year and let you all know. I have 6 1/2 feet of snow left where we Ride So be quick BJ. It is 70 deg today.

Nice sled...looks like it's never been ridden. Not what my sled looks like!!
Still plenty of snow in Utah if you want to come dirty it up a bit. Guarsdsman's pass was sick today!
