clicking primary?

I have a late 2003 Rev with the 800 HO and while it was warming up last weekend at the snow park I noticed what sounded like a clicking noise? coming from the primary. It went away as soon as I brought it up off idle (or i just couldn’t hear it anymore haha) not sure if it’s normal or if something’s about to grenade? Also it seemed like it was idling a bit high every time i stopped so i blipped the choke real quick and it brought it right back down to about 800 or 1000 rpms again not sure if that’s normal or about to burn down?? I’ve checked and sprayed the carb boots for de-lam can’t find any??:face-icon-small-con

Rattling/clicking can be from the sliding sheave fit versus the governor cup fit.
To tighten the fit up, you can replace the springs underneath the torque buttons, the o-rings and/or replace the sliding sheave buttons.
Confirm 75 lbs torque on the clutch bolt.

mine does the same thing. been doing it for awile now. my o rings are pry wore out. nothing gernaded tho haha. where can you get replacement o rings. straight to the dealer?

Verify the bolt with a good torque wrench. My old sled did the same thing. Retorque'd the bolt and noise went away. Not a guarantee, but is really quick and easy place to start.
