cleaning tunnel

i picked up my new 155 terrain dominator and when i got it home i took off the tunnel bag and discovered these nasty corrosion/water marks. any idea what will take these offf or what these are?

Yup, I'm guessing your sled sat outside with the burandt bag installed for a while. Mine had something similar but not nearly as bad.
 
yeah I would just polish it out. had the same problem with the long tunnel bag, resisted cooling so I had some major burns in the aluminum. Polished right out
 
Mothers mag aluminum polish and a little elbow grease she will come right out. This is my old sled I polished with mothers.

you can carefully clean it with steel wool wetted with water, becarefule to only go with the grain in the aluminum ie the long way use straight stokes . I have done a few like this and It will make them look new with out the polishing affect.

I do this with wd40 to make it a hazy flat aluminum look. Has a bit of a shine but not chrome. Mainly to take out the scratches from riding.
