I ordered my brake assembly from Fastrax but they are also available from FirstPlaceParts.com. You just need the add-on brake switch then.

At FPP it is 110.99

Master brake

When i tried to get a 09 master brake from my local polaris dealer,they told me the kit was not available but i could order it part by part big $$$$$. So i ordered a willwood master & brake switch from SLP and a Fly racing brake line.
Works great .
