Choke Cables (03 900)

I know where the cables go on the carbs, but is there something the cable ends hook to? I can't figure it out, or I'm missing pieces. thanks

The end that goes in the carb should have a spring and a brass plunger to fit in the hole. Without the plunger your choke will be on all the time. The setup isn't actually a choke like some carbs have, it is an enrichener which adds more fuel to help with cold starts.
