Cool design. post up some more pics and a review of how you like you design.
No extra money, and that's necessary to go to a Chinese motorcycle.
Honda also is, though old in 1994.
The age of cheap pit bike/snowbike. I dig it. Get some more pics of that set up.
From the side view it looks like you have little or no trail on the ski. You might find better handling with an inch or more of set back. Lots of opinions on how much set back for different conditions if you search here and the hawk info on bcr. Some folks ran up to 6" back on trails.
Congrates on your build ,To me theres to many people out there that have lost sight of thinking out side the box ,they just have deep pockets to make up for the loss.Keep the pics coming

Looks awesome! If you want more deep snow performance and the machinery can take the torque I'd go with a track with taller lugs.

Have you looked at timbersled's ski design?
Keels at the outside edges of the ski prevent the ski washing out (sliding to the outside of a turn or downhill) and the center keel helps rid ability on flat hardpack.
At a minimum put 3 cm tall keels on the outside of the ski!
