BOHICA made some good Wings....but they ain't chit compared to what I throw down!

:face-icon-small-ton

Lighlty cover the wings with olive oil and salt and pepper.

grill them off on a nice hot grill just until they start to get crispy

I like the Franks Sauce...but Tobasco or any other favorite hot sauce will do.

Melt a generous amount of butter and mix with a good quantity of your favorite hot sauce in a large bow (maybe even a little grape jelly ;) ). Remove the wings from the grill and toss them with the sauce in the bowl. Make sure they are all well covered with the sauce.

Return the wings back to a med grill and cook the wings for about 4-5 more minutes basting them the whole time with the remaining sauce.

Serve with chunky blue cheese...and celery sticks plus a little extra sauce for dipping.

Cold Beer and Wet Naps optional :D

boo hoo yoo!!....callin' out the boyeti and he's not here to defend!

1st off, Dizz is a culinary pro by trade. Not a electro/mech engineer that make good wings.,,,now a turkey throw down at 11k in 10feet of snow, DIZZ wins everytime, but wings..come on...maybe even a yokel can do that!

I prefer to trap the local "gambel" quail that reside in my neighborhood via rabbit trap or the flying sleepy pill. then, marinate in a simple brine for 12 hrs.

Grilling: Bring traeger pellet smoker to high 450+ throw wings on grill after seasoning w/ garlic powder, onion salt, pepper mix. Reduce heat to 400ish for 30min....350ish for final 30min .......

Sauce: Standard Franks base, start with heap of butter and garlic powder or minced saute' and 6oz of Franks. don't let boil, not even simmer....just warm enuff to bond, then add HONEY to taste of preference..

touche'

yeh,, i type that fast!! lookout!!! i'm drinkin!!
