BOHICA made some good Wings....but they ain't chit compared to what I throw down!
Lighlty cover the wings with olive oil and salt and pepper.
grill them off on a nice hot grill just until they start to get crispy
I like the Franks Sauce...but Tobasco or any other favorite hot sauce will do.
Melt a generous amount of butter and mix with a good quantity of your favorite hot sauce in a large bow (maybe even a little grape jelly ). Remove the wings from the grill and toss them with the sauce in the bowl. Make sure they are all well covered with the sauce.
Return the wings back to a med grill and cook the wings for about 4-5 more minutes basting them the whole time with the remaining sauce.
Serve with chunky blue cheese...and celery sticks plus a little extra sauce for dipping.
