Went to remove my primary from 2012 163 and the bolt had almost no torque ( not surprising since I hadn't ridden it yet and retorqued) the scary thing is how easy the clutch popped off the crank....
I didn't even realized it had released, no pop, no drama and almost no torque applied to the puller.

Re torque those bolts.... 80 ft/ lbs.

X2

Ive noticed that bolt comes out easier than i would like it to.. i went and boight another torque wrench cuz i thought the one i had was faulty.

I assume it comes off alot easier if the sled hasnt been ran?

He recomends 70? How come?

he told me because it was 70 in the past, then got jacked up and people started breaking bolts, so it was backed down again but still use the same bolt. So he just recommends 70 on a clean dry crank. Torque to 70, engage the clutch a few times, retorque, and repeat until the clutch doesnt take torque anymore. He'll send a sheet when he returns your clutch :face-icon-small-coo

New sled

Went to pull clutch off new Pro and when I was threading the puller in by hand it fell off. Wasted my money on a puller I guess. The reason for doing this of course is to adjust the belt clearance closer to where it should be. Something for everybody to check. Thanks Polaris.
