Put a 3 inch track on my 12 this year, it had some ski lift before with stock now am sure i will have more. Dont have the money in the budget this year for the kmod rear arm set up maybe this spring but mostly be a project next year. But i heard you can do some stuff with the springs that helps alot also? but i not clear on what to do or how much. Am 285 i have the polaris fat boy spring in the rear also the black one. its 163.

Try a remote resi on the rear shock. Like $180 with a revalve for you weight at Holz. Gives you the ability to add some compression damping on the spot and slow down the collapse of the rear suspension. Tightening the limiter strap one hole but you might not like how it steers. Dropping the ride height on the front end by shortening your preload on the ski shocks. You probably already know this but getting forward in the footwells and over the bars when you need to will help a lot. Also might want to try a lower bar like the Dan Adams set up depending how tall you are.
