chdrive chain not broken, track fell off why?

Before when my sled was making a grinding noise I thought it was the chaincase, tighted chain then , come to find out now that my track fell of aligtment, I flipped sled on side and it's really loose like I can stick my four finger in between track and slider,You think I can just tighten it or do you think something else broke? Please help ,, It's snowing like crazy out there!!!

I only have exp with polaris and usually it's the drive bearing on the pto sideWith it upside down you should be able to see it.
 
thats wut happened on my indy 500 i had before my rmk, i was trail riding and looked down one sec and my speedo said 70 looked down again and it said 0, so i pulled off and killed it, looked up in my tunnel where the speedo cable goes to and i see this big chunk of something sitting there, here it half of my drive shaft, the bearing on the secondary side had blown apart or seized and the chain drive twisted it right off. so if its the bearing on the chain side or sec side get it fixed or you could be towing a long ways like i had to
