A small glimmer of hope.
It is POSSIBLE that the chatbox has been accessing the BAD memory that we are about to replace in our servers, causing it to crash.

If that is the case, then we may see the chatbox come back to life and NOT kill the servers.

We will test it again next week after we have replaced all the server memory.
