Changing seats on my nytro

I absolutely LOVE this SKINZ seat.

I'm not mistaken LOL. That Skinz seat is a POS just like Boss and MM. I checked it out on the WCS Nytro i brought back to Canada. That would be the last one even after the stocker LOL. Why would you want it all open and that tall ? GAY

Because I was going to ask you to compare and contrast a sled seat with a bike seat and see where the AirFrame falls in the normal continuum.

I dont sit on my dirtbike seat either. I ride all singletrack. The lower the better lol. Your seat looks like it might be built well but its too tall, too open for a rear mount and looks just plain ugly. Thats my opinion of course.

The after seats dont hold up like the stock seat overall. I have a MM on my Apex but it is a brick and doesnt hold up, it turns white after 2 rides and pills like crazy. All they have to do is get rid of the Cordura type matetial and it would be better. Boss is junk as well, zippers break constantly and they dont give a chit, it attaches to the sled with snaps which is pure garbage, although the foam is the best.

They all suck. Friends of mine run the stocker Nytro and it looks new, holds up well, right height, and looks good. Some will disagree but why spend 700 bucks for junk. Weight ?

On this one I am going to strongly disagree with you.
After a very full season of riding, my AirFrame looks absolutely BRAND NEW.
There are NO signs of any wear at all on it!
We can argue over whether its an improvement over the stock seat all day long, but the quality of the seat is outstanding.

throw in my 2 cents. I run the mountian assault seat upgrade, i like the +2 rider height it is a bit stiff i only have 600 miles on it now but holding up nice and i'm cheap so for $400. My brother runs the mountian mod, may be a bit soft in his opinion so you aren't gaining much for rider height. can't go wrong with anything over stock.

This was a good season for me.
I rode every week since Thanksgiving.
Many times twice a week.

While 1 year doesn't tell the tale, it does offer a pretty solid glimpse into the future considering how clean the seat still looks.

How can you say it is "too open for a rear mout" when I posted pics of a super clean rear mount install. I got more comments on the seat at Yamafest than I did on all the damn expensive parts on my sled! Looks trick in real life. Not sure on exact weight savings but removing seat, plastic shrouds, and heat shield its got to be 10 + lbs.
