I'm looking at upgrading the track on my 06 switchback 600HO to a 2" x144. I'm looking for any opinions which is a better 2",the camoplast challenger or the Polaris series 4? Are there any others I should also consider.

I loved my challenger in the steep n deep, this year I upgraded to a 16 wide on my RMK. It is a little tight but hooks up friggin hard. I don't think I would even mess around with another 15 wide. The series 4 isn't bad, but I think the challenger is a much better choice. If you are just riding in deep stuff I would go with a 16 wide challenger. hope this helps.

What ever you can get for a fair price . I got a Challenger has been good but going to a 159 2 1/8 series 4, gonna put on my 136 sled. Look maybe you can get a 153 that would problably be a better option.

IMO the series 4 is a better pow track than the challenger but if there is any consistancy or hard base in the snow the challenger will outshine it. I prefer the series 4 for the type of riding I like to do. I am a tree picker.

i prefer the series 4. had a 156 challenger on my 700 rmk and it was a pretty good track in the powder but i had torn lugs after my 2nd trip to the mountains and the series 4 seems to plane up on the snow better where the challenger seemed to dig down for traction. i dont think you will be disaponted with either
