Hey Guys, easy answer to the mess up there, just buy a lot in RE village, build your pad and ride from your house everyday, problem solved!

Easier said than done. Lots up there are small and pricy. We looked, we wanted to build some cabins and rent them out to sledders.

We were actually looking at that place just south with the old decrepit cabins, But he wants waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much money. 300k for 20 acres with a well and septic big enough for a tent. EFF that!
