Carving while mowing lawn?

So I am mowing lawn last evening at my rental... Lots of uneven ground makes it kind of tippy for the little john deere so I shift my weight from one side and then to the other to keep the machine going (no posi) and also to not roll me over. While I was doing this, I was like, hey, this is a little like carving on the sled. All I have to do is removed that darn pressure sensor in the seat and it will be on... It was this moment that I realized I need help. :eek: Or just some snow...

Fracken still a month till the snow show.....:mad:

There is my pathetic story, I can't be the only one! Well, I hope I am not the only one. :p

I had a thread a few years about about practicing highmarking turns on the riding lawnmower.

It was quite an interesting conversation. LOL

Deer?? Ride like a Yammi?? The speed scared you, eh??

But seriously, yeah, you're the only one. LMAO You closet Summer Lover :eek:

Cool... the mower sounds just like your yammy, I can see how you would think sledding as you roll around on the lawn!! :D

No doubt, I got it stuck up a little hill, it is fuel injected, and I ran it out of gas. You should see the roost it throws... out the shoot anyways.

Do you blip the throttle?

No, but I did pop a wheelie with it... lol

A few layers of duct tape will take care of that pressure switch and greatly improve being able to shift your weight :D

I think it is more of a dumb switch... meaning if you defeat it, odds are you are going to do something really dumb with it soon. I wonder what it would look like sidehilling with a lawnmower, getting the rear to slide out just a little..... do I hear a Darwin award?

Just hook a bunjee cord around the seat to the fenders, 10 seconds and your done and ready to go carve it up! Plus you can unhook it quick and easy when your done falling off and cutting your legs and arms off!

Funny thread considering you're a trail rider....:eek: Or are you just talking about the feel you get from turning sharp in the flat turns, which is nothing like "carving"....:beer;:D

So you gonna get a new pipe for the mower also? maybe a turbo? muff pot?

It's gettin time to start watching the old sled flicks so we can get ready to watch the new ones from the snow show....:beer;:beer;

I cant wait to see you on the news!!

"Locan man hurt riding mower like snowmachine":eek:

:eek::eek::eek::beer;

I was out golfing the other day (bach party so yes i was a little hamboed) I noticed my cart was leaving tracks I could see in the grass as I went down a hill.........:D well hell yes I turned around and highmarked it... only about 10 times though. I should probably get some help:eek:

As long as you did not try to pull it up on one set of wheels to side hill it. I have some of the same thoughts.

WE NEED SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, any good golf cart rally stories? A little highmarking, definitely some early morning skids pulling 360's? We just tried to jump ours at a tourney last week, forgot about the clubs and almost lost them in the middle of the fairway. Good lip off the cart path was so enticing I couldn't resist!!!:beer;:beer;:beer;:beer;:D:devil:
