Anyone running these with any success? Only way I can get my stock rmk to pull 8100 Rpms is with 58g weights.
I bought the sled in 08 with 62g weights, reved high. Put 64s in it and still reved high. Put 66s in it and blew the 115 belt. So purchased the Carlisle belt and been running it ever since and have 2000 miles on the belt and noticed a small rpm drop so I put 64s in then I was riding around Christmas with 58s in it and pulling 8100 rpm across the lake.
Polaris book says 66s for my elevation (1000ft). Clutches has been cleaned and looked over recently and all new springs.
I bought a 115 belt and put 64g weights in it but have yet to try it.
A friend of mine was trying to use them in his xp with rpm loss too.
I guess this is a warning to not use the damn things.
Going to try it Saturday and hopefully I'm pulling 8100+ otherwise I got some issues.
