Careful In The Creek Bottoms At Baker

This was one of the trails past the meadows. It must of fell in just before we got there, snow was still falling in. Lots of tracks now in the creek.

Depends on time of year, right now it's rippin. If you fell in there's a hole you get sucked into and maybe pop out down steam somewhere. I know of several guys that went over this area on Sat. The snow looked about 6 ft thick where it fell.

I was up there last year when the bridge gotten taken out. When we went up in the morning the river was pretty mellow and the snow bridge was about 5-6 feet wide. When we came out the bridge was gone and the river was about 3-4 feet higher and ripping.

It can change fast up there on warm spring days.
