carbs rubbing jackshaft.

I have a 06 rev 800 summit with delta reeds the rest is stock, The carbs have holes rubbed in the bowls from the jackshaft. Has anyone had this happen and what can be done to fix this?

Do you have Reed spacers in between the reed valves and the cylinders? if so then try removing them, this will pull your carbs 1/4" plus forward, check to see that your reed valves still fit correctly before running. If you don't have spacers in there I've got no other ideas for ya.

v force does not use any spacer,,if you have a spacer of any size remove them and you will be fine....if you dont have spacers and it is rubbing you have something really fubared
